02 · Our story
Our Story
AssignMaster was formed in 2019 with a singular focus: cybersecurity. Born from a deep understanding of digital threats and vulnerabilities, we began as a collective dedicated to protecting systems and data in an increasingly connected world.
As we evolved, we recognized that the greatest impact we could make was not just in defense, but in creation. We pivoted to building cutting-edge technology solutions specifically designed to solve real problems facing East Africans. Our cybersecurity foundation became the bedrock of every product we ship, ensuring that security isn't an afterthought, but a fundamental principle.
03 · Promise
Our Story
Today, AssignMaster stands as a trusted technology collective that ships production-ready products with security, transparency, and trust built into every line of code.
04 · Mission
Our Mission
We build technology for East Africans, by East Africans. Every solution we create is designed with the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities of our region in mind. We don't just build software, we build trust.
Our mission is to empower individuals and businesses across East Africa with secure, transparent, and reliable technology that solves real problems. We believe that technology should be accessible, trustworthy, and transformative.
05 · Security
Security & Trust
Your safety and trust come first. We design our products with strong protections for payments, accounts, and ticket integrity.
06 · Pillars
Security & Trust
Trusted records
Tickets are backed by technology that makes ownership and history much harder to fake than ordinary screenshots or printouts.
Protected data
Sensitive information is handled with industry-standard safeguards in transit and in storage.
Clear processes
We focus on clear, verifiable outcomes for purchases and admissions, so buyers and organizers know what to expect.
Checks at the door
Admission is validated through TikitiSalama so gate teams get simple allow-or-deny decisions without us publishing internal security details.
07 · Commitment
Our Commitment to You
When you use TikitiSalama, you're not just buying a ticket, you're placing your trust in a platform built with security and transparency at its core. We commit to:
- Shipping production-ready products that work flawlessly from day one
- Maintaining the highest security standards across all our platforms
- Keeping purchases and admissions understandable and accountable in the product
- Protecting your data and payments with serious operational discipline
08 · Trust
Trust Through Transparency
We believe trust is earned by doing what we say at the door and in checkout. TikitiSalama is built so the important outcomes stay clear and fair: your ticket, your payment, and your entry.
